Affiliate Disclosure

Our Affiliate Relationship

MySnowKool.com ("we," "our," or "us") is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and betting platforms. This means we earn affiliate commissions when you click on certain links on our website and complete qualifying actions, such as signing up for an account or making a deposit.

Commission Structure Does Not Influence Rankings

We want to be clear: our affiliate commissions do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our reviews and ratings are based solely on factual analysis, user experience, security standards, game quality, and betting features. We rank products according to merit, regardless of commission potential. Some highly-rated casinos may offer lower commissions, while lower-ranked platforms may offer higher payouts to affiliates.

Identifying Affiliate and Sponsored Links

Affiliate links on MySnowKool.com are clearly marked with one or more of the following indicators:

• An "[Affiliate Link]" label or badge near the link
• A disclosure statement such as "We earn a commission if you click this link"
• Highlighted buttons or banners indicating sponsored content

Non-affiliate informational links and third-party references are not marked and do not generate commissions for us.

Regulatory Compliance (UK)

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), which requires clear and unambiguous disclosure of commercial relationships. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our affiliate partnerships.

Your Responsibility

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any casino or betting platform. Please:

• Verify all terms and conditions independently
• Check licensing and regulatory status with the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC)
• Review current promotions directly on operator websites
• Gamble responsibly and within your means
• Use resources like GamCare.org.uk or BeGambleAware.org if needed
